SAND: Mech Combat Game Launches April 3 on Steam Early Access

The action-packed, mech-fueled, multiplayer game SAND, developed by Hologryph and TowerHaus and published by tinyBuild, will be available on Steam Early Access on April 3, 2025. In SAND, players can explore vast open-world dunes in groups of up to six, customize their mech fortress, and battle against other mechs and their crews to claim fortunes. The game is set in an alternate-history, diesel-punk world where an ecological disaster has evaporated the oceans, leaving only humans and their Trampler mechs.

SAND's Early Access version will introduce new cities, points of interest, undead NPCs, environmental hazards, revamped controls, and new Trampler customization options. New gameplay content and features will be added throughout early access in regular updates. The developers, TowerHaus and Hologryph, have previously worked together on Secret Neighbor and have a successful track record of creating popular games.

TowerHaus is a game development and outsourcing studio based in Kyiv, Ukraine, while Hologryph is a studio based in Lviv, Ukraine. They have worked closely with tinyBuild to expand on and develop the publisher's flagship franchises. tinyBuild is a developer-publisher that has released dozens of games, including the Hello Neighbor series, Graveyard Keeper, SpeedRunners, and DUCKSIDE. The company is dedicated to creating long-term partnerships and elevating recognizable franchises, with studios across the U.S., Netherlands, and Eastern Europe.
