Jollypunch Games, an Italian game development studio, has announced the console release of their latest game, RoboDunk. The roguelite basketball game, which was previously available on PC and Nintendo Switch, will be released on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and Xbox One on January 21st.

In RoboDunk, players can form a team of up to four robots and compete against other teams in high-energy, sports-roguelite matches. The game features local multiplayer versus, 2-player co-op, and solo play. Players can use robo-charged tackles and high-powered weapons like lasers and shock rings to defeat their opponents. The game also includes challenging matches with exotic rewards, ever-changing rules, and new rosters of skilled robopponents in its roguelite campaign.

As players progress through the game, they will be able to unlock permanent stat boosts, new skills, and upgrades for their robotic squad. The game also includes an endless mode where everything is randomized, even the player's team. Drop-in/drop-out co-op is available for every game mode, allowing players to share victories and losses with a teammate.

According to the developer, Gabriele Libera, the dunking gameplay in RoboDunk is designed to be satisfying and the matches are designed to be different from one another. The game's roguelite elements, such as the ever-changing rules and randomized rewards, ensure that players have a unique experience every time they play. The inclusion of robots as the playable characters adds a fun and unique twist to the traditional basketball game.

Jollypunch Games is known for creating super satisfying action games, and RoboDunk is no exception. With its high-energy gameplay, challenging campaign, and unique roguelite elements, RoboDunk is a must-play for fans of basketball and roguelite games. The game is now available on PC and Nintendo Switch and will be released on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and Xbox One on January 21st.
