At Gamescom Opening Night Live, Focus Entertainment and Saber Interactive announced RoadCraft, a new game that simulates the restoration of industrial sites damaged by natural disasters. Players operate a fleet of construction vehicles to clear debris, reactivate factories, and rebuild infrastructure, with an emphasis on realism and advanced physics.

In RoadCraft, players can control over 40 vehicles, including bulldozers, cranes, and transport trucks, to complete tasks and transform the terrain. The game features a captivating campaign, advanced physics, and the ability to play solo or in co-op mode for up to four players.

RoadCraft takes place in various regions around the world, with eight maps that are 4 km² in size. Players can manipulate materials like sand, wood, and asphalt to facilitate the passage of their vehicles and construct new roads and bridges. The game also includes a logistics system, where players can plot point-to-point routes on their map to guide their convoys and recycle debris into reconstruction materials.

RoadCraft is planned for release in 2025 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Fans can wishlist the game now. The combination of Saber's off-road simulation technology and Focus Entertainment's expertise in the genre promises a deep and immersive construction simulation experience.
