Bluepoch Games has announced the release of Phase 1 of Version 1.6 of its popular 20th Century Time-Travel Strategic RPG, Reverse: 1999. The update includes new characters, game modes, events, and rewards. Players can now access "Notes on Shuori," the first limited character, 6-star Jiu Niangzi, and summon 5-star Yenisei in the Dushuo Festival Limited Banner. The update also offers a free garment of An-an Lee and up to 90 free pulls for new players.

Phase 1 of Version 1.6 introduces new garments for A Knight, Druvis III, Balloon Party, Зима, and An-an Lee, a new event story, and brand new events. Phase 2, coming in June, will unlock the new 6-star arcanist, Getian, and the new UTTU Flash Gathering "The Story of a Besieged Town." The update offers various rewards, including free garments, limited buildings, and gifts from characters.

The new gameplay mode, "Echoes in the Mountain," will be available in Phase 2, offering rewards like Limited Portrait and Crystal Casket. The update also introduces new puzzles in "The Three Doors" and a time-limited banner "Revelation of the Water," where players can select two 6-star characters as rate-up characters.

The update includes new story events, character stories, and challenges, offering Clear Drops and Growth Materials. The Wilderness Pack "A New Day in Old Town" is now available, and the garments of version 1.1 & 1.2 are back. The update also introduces optimizations to the Wilderness gameplay, adding lighting and shadow effects and nighttime effects to certain theme packs.

Bluepoch Games has also announced various Half-Year Anniversary Events, including a Fan Creations Event, a Half-Year Anniversary Special Offline Event, a web event, and a social media event.
