Peanut Button, an indie studio known for its innovative VR storytelling, has announced the release of "Retropolis 2: Never Say Goodbye" on the main Quest store on Meta, on May 16th, 2024. The game, which has previously been available on App Lab and Steam, invites players to explore a post-apocalyptic world as robo-detective Philip Log, searching for the enigmatic Jenny Montage. Pre-orders are now open, offering a 20% discount until May 16th. "Retropolis 2: Never Say Goodbye" will also be available on PlayStation VR2 from May 24th, 2024.

"Retropolis 2: Never Say Goodbye" features an immersive narrative with hard-boiled characters, witty dialogue, and captivating environments. Players can expect clever puzzle design, user-friendly VR interaction, artistic innovation with hand-drawn visuals, and an original electro-jazz soundtrack. The game is a standalone continuation of the story arc from the first game, "The Secret of Retropolis."

Peanut Button, founded by brothers Asaf and Eyal Geva in 2019, is committed to building artistic and engaging immersive games. Their previous title, "The Secret of Retropolis," received critical acclaim and built a dedicated fanbase. "Retropolis 2: Never Say Goodbye" promises to continue the studio's tradition of pushing the boundaries of VR storytelling.
