Sekai Project has announced the release of the visual novel, QUALIA ~The Path of Promise~, on the Nintendo Switch eShop. The game was originally released on Steam in February 2023 and features Machina, the world's first android to pass the Turing Test. Machina, who is dressed as a maid, is sent to work for Dr. Hiro Koshino, who begins to develop feelings for her as she learns and grows through their interactions.
QUALIA ~The Path of Promise~ is the first release by Japanese developer PURESIS, with character designs by Suzushiro Atsushi and scenario by SpinnenS. The game includes Japanese voice audio and language options for English, Japanese, and Simplified Chinese. It is available for $19.99 USD on the Nintendo eShop in the US, EU, JP, and AU regions.
The story follows the pure love between an android heroine and a genius hermit as they learn and grow together, overcoming fate and finding happiness.
