Pre-Order Annihilator for Game Boy Color: Two Editions Available

Salt & Pixel has announced the second wave of physical pre-orders for the Game Boy Color game, Annihilator. The game is a mature, top-down shooter set in the year 40XX in the city of Eden Try, where buildings and machines run on human suffering. The protagonist, Shinryu, is the Annihilator who has escaped from hell and is on a mission to stop CRUSH, the organization responsible for the torture and suffering.

The physical pre-orders are available in two editions: Regular Box Edition for $55 plus shipping and Cartridge-Only Edition for $35 plus shipping. The Regular Box Edition includes a game cartridge, manual, digital ROM download, and PDF manual, while the Cartridge-Only Edition includes a game cartridge, digital ROM download, and PDF manual. The game can be pre-ordered through Ko-fi, itch.io, or the Salt & Pixel website.

Additionally, a modernized PC demo of Annihilator is available for download on itch.io. A bundle deal, including both the Game Boy Color ROM and PC version, is available for $15. Salt & Pixel is a game development studio that specializes in creating retro console art and games on modern and classic platforms. Their previous works include Outer Terror, CRUSH, Former Dawn, Cosmic Climb (Nike), Sitra Achra, and Star Racer.
