PM Studios and developer Pocket Trap have released "Pipistrello and the Cursed Yoyo," a top-down action-adventure game, on PlayStation 4 & 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC. Players control Pippit, a small bat on a mission to rescue his auntie and restore his family's legacy using a tricked-out yoyo as his primary weapon. The game features nostalgic pixel art, various environments, and over 40 equippable badges and 20 passive upgrades, encouraging players to find their unique playstyle.

A limited-edition vinyl soundtrack, featuring the game's retro yet energetic score from Leonardo Lima, Henrique Lorenzi, and legendary guest composer Yoko Shimomura, is available for pre-order via iam8bit. The physical and collector's editions of the game are available for PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch at GameStop in North America and Amazon, starting today.
