Phasmophobia Announces Console Early Access for Halloween 2024

Pc Games Early Access Indie Game Role Playing Game Sony Playstation Microsoft Xbox Virtual Reality Gaming Free To PlayPhasmophobia, the popular ghost hunting game on Steam, is coming to consoles in early access on October 29, 2024. The announcement was made during the Xbox Partner Preview and the game will be available on PS5, PS VR2, Xbox Series X/S, and Steam. This news comes as the game has reached a significant milestone, having sold almost 20 million copies globally and received over 550,000 positive reviews on Steam since its early access release in 2020.
To celebrate the game's community, Kinetic Games is hosting a Halloween special event where players on all platforms can work together to unlock the Blood Moon weather permanently in the game. Additionally, players can earn a new badge and trophy by completing community goals. The PC version will also receive an update to improve performance, fix bugs, and add new challenges and rewards to the event board.
Phasmophobia is a cooperative ghost hunting game where players work in teams of up to four to collect supernatural evidence in haunted locations. The game quickly gained popularity after its early access release in 2020 due to its immersive gameplay, chilling atmosphere, and unique ghost hunting mechanics.
