PawDragon Company Debuts at PlayX4 B2B with Nyangnyang Island: The Legendary Butler

PawDragon Company, an indie game development team established in 2021, is set to participate in the '2024 PlayX4 B2B' event in May to showcase their first mobile project, Nyangnyang Island: The Legendary Butler. The game, featuring RPG elements and a compelling storyline, is slated for a South Korean launch in August 2024. The team of four has already made strides in promoting the game, participating in the Thailand Game Show and Burning Beaver Indie Game Show.

Nyangnyang Island: The Legendary Butler is a casual RPG set on a magical island inhabited by cats. Players can collect and care for over 50 unique cats, engage in regional hunts, and participate in strategic competitions. The game caters to both casual and strategic players, offering in-depth stories and Easter eggs based on cat breeds.

PawDragon Company aims to introduce the game's appealing IP, validate new game systems, and connect with potential partners at the PlayX4 B2B event. They plan to finalize game systems, establish a monetization model, and analyze retention metrics during the soft launch. Following the Korean launch, they will focus on expanding globally, targeting regions with a high affinity for cats, such as the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Japan, and China.

The 2024 PlayX4 B2B event, organized by Gyeonggi Content Agency and KINTEX, will feature new releases and experiences from domestic and international game companies, with side programs including a retro market, e-sports competitions, and cosplay events.
