Path of Exile 2: Dawn of the Hunt Arrives with New Class, Endgame, and Free Cosmetics

Path of Exile 2, a popular action role-playing game, has recently released its first major content update, Dawn of the Hunt. This update introduces a new playable class, the Huntress, who excels in agile combat that blends melee and ranged attacks with spear techniques and beast companions. Players can further customize their Huntress with five new Ascendancies, such as the Ritualist's blood sacrifices and the Lich's chaotic powers.

The endgame has also been expanded, with revamped mechanics, new Unique Maps, and enhanced Towers for more rewarding late-game content. Additionally, over 100 new Support Gems have been added, increasing build diversity with innovative skill modifiers like Haemocrystals, Caltrops, and Enormity.

Dawn of the Hunt also introduces over 100 Mid and Endgame Unique items, the first Unique Charms, crafting updates, and powerful runes. Furthermore, Rogue Exiles have been added, providing PVP-like combat in dynamic duels and challenging battles. Defeating Rogue Exiles allows players to obtain their loot.

To celebrate the update, Path of Exile 2 is offering three free cosmetics through Twitch Drops. The Azmeri Noble Deer Pet can be obtained by watching the Path of Exile 2 Twitch category for three hours between April 4th and April 12th. The Hunter's Trophy Back Attachment and Honour Guard Rhoa Mount can be earned by watching for three hours between April 13th and April 19th.
