This move aims to improve the gaming experience for Brazilian players who faced initial challenges, including suboptimal environments and delayed responses to issues due to staffing shortages.
Papaya Play's CEO apologized for the past difficulties and assured players of their dedication to the Brazilian community by launching the new server. The company has been revising its monetization model on existing servers and will introduce further customized strategies on the new Brazilian server.
Key content, such as new classes, will be available for direct purchase instead of gacha mechanics, reducing uncertainty and financial pressure on players. Pricing of paid content will be adjusted to better align with the Brazilian currency exchange rate, making premium content more accessible. Popular items will be offered at discounted prices during the launch event, and numerous free items will be distributed to players participating in various events.
Papaya Play is committed to providing an enhanced gaming experience and looks forward to welcoming players to the new São Paulo server on August 12.
