Ironwood Studios, the developer of the acclaimed driving survival game Pacific Drive, has released a new free content update. This update introduces a range of cosmetic options for players to customize their garages and cars, as well as new gameplay features. The update includes Goldshells, which can be found growing in the game's Olympic Exclusion Zone and contain garage and car cosmetics. Players will need to figure out how to crack them open to claim the loot inside.

The update also introduces a new activity, allowing players to decorate their garage with treasures found in the Zone. There are 30 mounting locations and 23 garage cosmetics available, including posters, neon signs, and treasures found in the zone. Additionally, the Frosted Customization Pack is available for $4.99, which includes a variety of winter-themed cosmetic items.

Pacific Drive is available now for PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store. A physical collector's edition is also available through select retailers. The game is published by Kepler Interactive, a developer and publisher that operates on a co-ownership model, giving strategic leadership roles to its studios while allowing them to develop their games their way.

Ironwood Studios, based in London, is the developer of Pacific Drive. The team is passionate about road trips and the relationship between the driver and the car, and their goal is to create games that inspire players to tell their own stories. The studio is proud to be working with PlayStation to bring Pacific Drive to life.
