Ofihombre Announces Randy & Manilla: Saving the Cyber-Universe from Corruption

Ofihombre, an independent development studio, announces the Early Access release of its new game, Randy & Manilla, on May 10, 2024, on itch.io, GOG, and Steam. The game is set in a post-apocalyptic cyber-universe of 2142, where players explore various Net-Cubes, each containing virtual worlds of different genres. Inspired by Wreck-It Ralph and Ready Player One, Randy & Manilla's mission is to save the cyber-universe from the villainous Cracksom Virus, who seeks to corrupt and expand his empire to the real world.

Randy & Manilla is a multi-genre game featuring gameplay styles of 2D/3D Platformer, RPG, FPS, Racing, Puzzle, and more. Players can choose to play as Randy or Manilla, traveling through the cyber-universe, exploring colorful Net-Cubes. The project is expected to be completed by 2025.

Ofihombre, the developer of Randy & Manilla, is based in Gata de Gorgos, Spain. The studio's name is derived from a character created by the developer in the game Spore. Other games developed by Ofihombre and released on itch.io include Alien Storm, Andrux Adventure, Cubix, Fall Mazeball, Pixelbit World, and Damiux Ferrer Dream.
