Gameforge, a leading western MMO publisher, and Entwell, the Korean developer, have announced an exciting update for the anime action MMORPG NosTale to celebrate its 17th anniversary. The update, releasing later in September 2024, brings significant overhauls to the game's raid and family systems, along with new gameplay features, community contests, in-game events, and rewards.

The update includes the Hardcore Raid system, which revitalizes older raids with increased difficulty and enhanced rewards. NosTale players will face more formidable monsters and bosses, requiring greater strategy and teamwork. This new raid mode will be available across most earlier acts of the game, offering seasoned players a fresh challenge while breathing new life into classic content.

The family system in NosTale has also been expanded, allowing players to strengthen their bonds. Family levels have been extended to 30, with a rebalanced experience curve to make progression more rewarding. New daily missions and one-time achievements will be introduced, offering families additional objectives to complete together.

To commemorate 17 years, NosTale is hosting special events and rewards, including a festive in-game atmosphere, a Birthday Login Calendar with daily presents, a free mount, and more. Community events, such as a fan art contest with exclusive rewards, will engage players creatively and bring the community closer together.

Gameforge, founded in 2003, is a leading Western publisher and operator of widely acclaimed Massively Multiplayer Online (MMO) and browser-based game titles. The company supports players through the greatest quality LiveOps, provision of localized content, engaging community management, and frequent delivery of meaningful updates.
