Indie Game Action Game Nintendo Switch Role Playing Game Early Access

Ninja Issen, a new hyper ninja action game, is set to release on the Nintendo Switch™ as a download exclusive on February 20th, 2025. The game is developed by Korean indie studio Asteroid-J and published by CFK. It features retro-style graphics and fast-paced ninja action, with players able to wipe out waves of enemies with their blade and bosses with various movement patterns.

The story follows Kiba, the top ninja of his clan, who is falsely accused of murdering his clan leader and is immediately pursued. He finds himself in a world unknown to him, but with help from a new friend, he is reborn as a powerful hyper ninja. Now, he embarks on a journey for revenge to clear his name.

The main characters include Kiba, Hanzo, a world-renowned engineer who saves Kiba's life, Asran, a woman who holds the clues to solving every issue Kiba faces, and Suikyu, the second-in-command of the clan who accused Kiba of being a traitor.

Since its release in 2023, Ninja Issen has gained attention and awards, including the Best Indie Game award at the Made with Unity Korea Awards Show. The new version of Ninja Issen, featuring retro graphics, vivid action, and quality-of-life improvements, will be available for $14.99 (HKD: $92) on the Nintendo eShop. The game supports 1 player and is available in English, Korean, Japanese, Chinese (Simplified, Traditional).
