WCS Inc. has announced a collaboration between the World Cosplay Summit's official quiz app, OTAKU JUDGE, and Square Enix's NieR game series. The "OTAKU JUDGE NieR QUIZ MASTER12024 - Recorders riddle game -" event invites fans from around the world to create and submit quizzes based on the NieR series. The quizzes will be used in OTAKU JUDGE, and participants can compete in a ranking competition to win prizes.

Quiz submission is open from July 26, 2024, to September 17, and the ranking competition will take place from September 17 to October 14. The competition is decided based on points obtained by answering the quizzes correctly. Prizes will be given to the top 1000 participants, including special trophies, autographed papers from Yosuke Saito and YOKO TARO, and in-app items.

YOKO TARO, the director of the NieR series, will comment on the quizzes, adding a unique touch to the event. Participants can submit multiple quizzes and are encouraged to show their love for NieR in their questions. The quizzes should be based on the eligible titles, including NieR:Automata, NieR Replicant/NieR Gestalt/NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139…, and NieR Re[in]carnation.

OTAKU JUDGE is a quiz app specialized in five genres: manga, anime, game, tokusatsu, and cosplay. Players can submit quizzes and compete with others in various categories.
