NG24 Spring: Unmoderated Conversations, Panels & More

The 20th anniversary edition of Nordic Game, NG24 Spring, is taking place in Malmö, Sweden, from May 21-24, 2024. The conference has announced a line-up of over 150 speakers, with more to be added to the program schedule in the coming days. The event will feature NG Conversations, a series of unmoderated talks with industry experts, as well as panel debates on various topics.

Some of the NG Conversations include "Legacy and Innovation in Gaming: Navigating the Tug of War Between Tradition and Progress" with Adam Boyes and Alexander Bergendahl, "Rami Unchained" with Rami Ismail and Casey Al-Kaisy, "How Rebellion used VR to bring further immersion to the Zombie Army series" with Jordan Woodward and Bobby Thandi, and "The Music Behind Metal: Hellsinger" with Elvira Björkman and Nicklas Hjertberg.

Panel debates will cover topics such as "Maintaining development costs while meeting the growing expectations of consumers," "Venture Funding: Current Fundraising Opportunities and Challenges," and "The Future of the Games Industry." The panels will feature experts from companies such as Avalanche Studios, Xbox, Devoted Studios, London Venture Partners, and EA Games.

NG24 Spring is expected to attract 2500+ registered attendees. The conference aims to bring together game developers from Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden, and provide a platform for networking, learning, and collaboration. The event will feature keynotes, sessions, workshops, and awards, covering topics such as game design, development, marketing, and monetization.
