New Pokémon Horizons Episodes Debut Today on BBC iPlayer and CBBC

The Pokémon Company International has announced that new episodes of "Pokémon Horizons: The Series" will be available today in the U.K. exclusively on BBC iPlayer and CBBC. The episodes continue the adventures of dual protagonists Liko and Roy, along with their partner Pokémon, Sprigatito and Fuecoco.

In the new episodes, Liko, Roy, and Friede embark on a journey to Galar Mine in search of the black Rayquaza, where they encounter a furious Galarian Moltres. Liko is surprised when her pendant begins communicating with the black Rayquaza. Meanwhile, Liko's grandmother reveals the identity of the Pokémon who transformed from her pendant - Terapagos. However, their family reunion is disrupted when the Explorers go on the offensive, pursuing Terapagos and setting their sights on the black Rayquaza.

The Rising Volt Tacklers track down an Ancient Poké Ball thief, Orla shows her skills at a Poké Ball factory, and the Brave Olivine gains two new Pokémon residents. A rumor about a singing Pokémon leads the crew to another of Lucius’s Six Heroes, and the black Rayquaza isn't far behind.

The Pokémon Company International manages the Pokémon property outside of Asia and is responsible for brand management, licensing and marketing, the Pokémon Trading Card Game, the animated TV series, home entertainment, and the official Pokémon website. Pokémon was launched in Japan in 1996 and is one of the most popular children's entertainment properties in the world.

BBC Children's is a public service offering for children that has earned the trust of the British public.
