Iridescence Interactive, a game development studio based in Prague, Czech Republic, has announced its upcoming game, Netspectre. Netspectre is a narrative hacker roguelike game set in a thought-provoking cyberpunk universe, where players take on the role of a hacker operative in a ruthless, futuristic, hypercapitalist world. The game presents procedurally generated logical challenges that require smart thinking and quick decision-making, with evocative algorithmically generated visuals and an adaptive atmospheric soundtrack.

On its narrative level, Netspectre explores the sociopolitical implications of extreme capitalism, challenges to the concept of humanity presented by cybernetic technology, and the idea of cyberspace becoming its own environment. The game features a wide range of narratives that touch on various topics, from business and entertainment to spirituality, aiming to inspire players to explore their worldviews on relevant topics.

Iridescence Interactive is a studio formed explicitly to develop Netspectre, consisting of seven artists connected through their passion for creating an innovative game situated in its original cyberpunk world.
