Tin Man Games, an indie developer based in Melbourne, Australia, has announced NEON Squad Tactics, a tactical turn-based VR experience for Meta Quest devices. The game is set in UltraCity, a cybernetic metropolis with a 90s aesthetic and synthwave soundtrack. Players can strategize and battle in both single-player and multiplayer online co-op modes, with up to four players.

As an elite Operator, players can project their consciousness into a team of heroes, the NEON Squad, and undertake missions on behalf of powerful corporations. The game features turn-based tactical battles, pre-mission planning, and resource management. Players can recruit new squad members, craft advanced weaponry, and choose from eight playable characters, each with unique skills and abilities.

NEON Squad Tactics offers over-the-top futuristic weaponry, an in-game wagering system, and 31 playfields across three diverse biomes. The game will be released on Meta Quest devices this summer, and fans can wishlist it on the Meta Store now. Tin Man Games has previously developed and published over 40 titles across various platforms, specializing in fantasy adventures, digital board games, and interactive fiction.
