The 14th annual New York Game Awards, hosted by Reggie Fils-Aimé, Harold Goldberg, and Sherri L. Smith, will take place on January 22, 2025, at SVA Theatre in Manhattan. The awards will be streamed live on various platforms, including YouTube, Twitch, IGN, Video Game Amateurs Twitch, and Iron Lords Podcast Twitch. The lineup of special guests includes Mega Ran, who will perform a new song, Georgina Pazcoguin, also known as The Rogue Ballerina, Stacy Horn, Devin Delliquanti, and Matthew Porretta. Tickets are available through Eventbrite, with proceeds going towards the NYVGCC’s educational efforts and programs. The New York Videogame Critics Circle is a not-for-profit organization composed of 40 of the finest videogame critics, writers, reporters, and bloggers in the nation, who give back to their communities by providing scholarships, mentoring, after-school classes, and community outreach to NYC school students.
