Meet Clove: VALORANT's New Non-Binary Agent with Resurrecting Abilities

Riot Games has introduced Clove, a new non-binary Controller agent in VALORANT. Clove, a Scottish troublemaker, confuses enemies during combat and even after death with their abilities. These abilities include Ruse, which blocks vision in chosen areas even after death; Meddle, which decays all targets caught inside; Pick-Me-Up, which absorbs the life force of a fallen enemy; and Not Dead Yet, which resurrects Clove after death, requiring them to earn a kill or damaging assist within a set time.

Episode 8 Act II began on March 5, featuring the Primordium Collection, which includes skins for the Vandal, Phantom, Spectre, Shorty, and new dual swords - the Blades of Primordia. A new Battle Pass is also available, featuring items such as the Retrowave Sheriff, Shellspire Sword, and Sending Love Spray.

VALORANT is a free-to-play, competitive 5v5 character-based tactical shooter developed by Riot Games. The game offers high-fidelity gunplay, a diverse arsenal of guns, unique agents, and competitively tuned maps. VALORANT is optimized for various PC hardware and is committed to preserving the core tenets of the tactical shooter genre and upholding the competitive integrity of the gameplay experience. Clove will be released on March 26, 2024, as part of VALORANT Episode 8 Act II.
