MechAnimals Demo Now Available: Battle Corporations in a Diesel-Punk Universe

BouncyBrain Studio, an indie game development company founded by animation veterans, has released the demo for their first game, MechAnimals, on Steam. MechAnimals is a roguelite beat ‘em up game where players control critter pilots and their powerful mechs to battle an evil megacorporation in a diesel-punk universe. The game is set to launch on PC, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch, with the release date yet to be announced.

MechAnimals was previously announced under the title Full Steam: Fluffy X Machina, but the developers decided to change it to its current title. The game features strategy-rich combat and a variety of playstyles, with procedurally generated Beat ‘Em Up missions and seven deadly bosses to defeat. Players can switch between fast critter combat and powerful mech attacks, providing a fresh take on the classic beat-em-up genre.

The game supports both solo and multiplayer experiences, with up to three friends able to join in on the action. Players can unlock different types of mechs, each with its own unique playstyle and signature moves, and engage in PvP combat in deadly sparring arenas. With new upgrades, challenges, and weapons available in each playthrough, MechAnimals offers infinite replayability.
