The collaboration aims to develop and produce high-quality livestreamed events, featuring OTK's lifestyle, gaming, and esports streamers. This partnership will lead to the establishment of KICK Studios, which will support creators in producing and marketing their original content on the KICK platform.

The first event, as part of this partnership, is scheduled for June 13, 2025, at 8 pm ET, featuring popular streamers such as Asmongold, ExtraEmily, EsfandTV, Sodapoppin, and Cyr. The celebration will be held in Austin, Texas, and will stream exclusively on kick.com/otk.

KICK, with its 57 million active users and over 4 billion total hours watched, is committed to offering a 95/5 subscription revenue split and supporting creators through its KICK Partner Program.
