"Kamaeru: A Frog Refuge," a frog sanctuary farming simulation game developed by Humble Reeds and published by Armor Games Studios, is set to release on PC via Steam, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox Series X|S on June 8, 2024. In this game, players assume the role of Cleo, who returns to her hometown to reconnect with her childhood friend, Axel, and work together to restore the local wetlands and create a sanctuary for various frog species.

The game involves revitalizing the withering wetlands by digging ponds, planting crops, and placing furniture to attract over 500 frogs from eight different species. Players can observe and document their behaviors, food preferences, and physical characteristics in the Frogedex. The sanctuary will also feature friendly NPCs, such as Anabelle, a former surgeon, and Djena, a furniture maker.

Managing resources is crucial to secure funds and transform the area into a thriving wetland. The game's charming visuals are reminiscent of watercolor paintings, providing a calming environment for players to relax and enjoy.

"Kamaeru: A Frog Refuge" will be available in multiple languages, including English, French, German, Japanese, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and Simplified Chinese.
