Cult of the North has opened the Alpha Playtest for their upcoming free-to-play strategy war game, We Will Be Gods, to players in Europe and North America. To join the playtest, wishlist the game on Steam and join the Discord community for the sign-up link and instructions.

We Will Be Gods is set in Hamarvast, a war-torn mystical realm on the brink of destruction. Players must navigate a world of clashing kingdoms and shape it through epic wars, alliances, betrayals, and domination. The game combines elements of MOBA, MMO, and RTS genres, offering a top-down view with intense MOBA-style combat and instant PvP and PvE action.

Players can form kingdoms, manage resources, and master various spells. Brute force alone won't ensure survival; only the sharpest minds and boldest leaders will thrive in Hamarvast. Players can control powerful heroes, each with unique spells, blending MOBA, action RPG, and RTS gameplay.

By joining the Alpha Playtest, players will have the opportunity to explore Hamarvast, defeat enemies, and provide feedback directly to the development team. We Will Be Gods is built by a team of veteran developers from Sweden, utilizing groundbreaking tech to redefine large-scale strategy games.
