Alleys Field, an independent game development studio, has announced the second Closed Beta Test (CBT2) for their new street basketball competitive game, FREE DUNK. The CBT2 is set to begin on June 19, 2025, at 02:00 AM (UTC). Interested players can register for access through the Steam Playtest or download the PC client from the official website.

CBT2 will feature a North America server, with NA/EU players encouraged to join via Steam Playtest and Asian players via the official website for better connection quality. The update brings major core changes, such as a new Team System, revamped Arcade Mode, upgraded Custom Matches, enhanced UI/UX interactions, improved control responsiveness, and a more intense competitive pace.

This test is not under a non-disclosure agreement, allowing players to stream, upload gameplay videos, and share impressions. To encourage community participation, the dev team offers Steam gift card rewards for creators who share their content and help promote the game.

Players can join the official Discord server to provide feedback and communicate directly with the dev team. CBT2 also introduces Steam Playtest's new "Friend Invite Feature," allowing players with test access to directly invite friends on Steam, creating a viral chain of invitations.
