Investigate a Dystopian Mind in KARMA: The Dark World - Available at Steam Next Fest

Wired Productions and Pollard Studio have unveiled a new gameplay trailer for their upcoming psychological horror title, KARMA: The Dark World, at the Convergence Games Showcase. The game is set in a dystopian world where players take on the role of a Roam Agent named Daniel McGovern, who is tasked with investigating the mind of a suspect accused of treachery. The investigation mechanics and some of the meticulously detailed environments are showcased in the new trailer.

Players will be able to try out a demo of KARMA: The Dark World at the Steam Next Fest starting on October 14, 2024. The demo will offer a taste of life as a Roam Agent, along with the investigative tools and narrative depth that define the game. The game is a first-person cinematic psychological horror title that explores the deepest secrets of suspects' minds in a world of espionage and betrayal. As players delve deeper into the investigation, they begin to doubt everything they know, including their own identity.

Wired Productions is an award-winning independent publisher known for presenting a diverse range of specially curated games from some of the greatest storytellers and independent developers. Pollard Studio is an elite team of talented and passionate developers based in Shanghai, China, with experience from studios such as EA, Virtuos, and other game companies. They have a team of 20, with four based in LA, USA. KARMA: The Dark World is one of the upcoming titles from Wired Productions, along with Hotel Architect, DIG VR, and others. The game is set to be released this October, inviting players to uncover the truth lurking in the shadows.
