The game follows the protagonist, Rui Genzaki, who gets infected with a virus that causes delusions and hallucinations. He is taken to Kamikawa Sanatorium Hospital where he encounters his first love and strange monsters. The player must determine what is real and what is a delusion. The game is priced at USD 7.99 and offers a bonus beach episode with Rui's sister and first love. It has age ratings of Mature 17+ by ESRB and 16 by PEGI due to the use of alcohol, blood and gore, suggestive themes, nudity, violence, and language.
