Honkai: Star Rail's Version 3.0 Launches Jan 15, Unveils New World Amphoreus

On January 15, 2025, Honkai: Star Rail will release its Version 3.0 update, "Paean of Era Nova," introducing the new world of Amphoreus and its main story in two parts across eight versions. Amphoreus, a celestial body hidden in a chaotic vortex, is home to twelve Titans and worshipers who are unaware of the outside universe. The world is shrouded in eternal night due to a civil war among the gods and a mysterious force called the "black tide."

Players will explore Amphoreus in the Trailblaze Mission, starting with the Abyss of Fate, where they will meet a new companion named "Mem" and gain the ability to "draw strength from the past" by encountering Oronyx, the Titan of Time. The update also features the Holy City of Okhema, a crucial base for the expedition, and Castrum Kremnos, a city-state with the Strife Titan's Coreflame.

Two new 5-star characters will join the game: The Herta, an Ice-Type Erudition character, and Aglaea, a Remembrance character from Amphoreus. The Herta specializes in AoE DMG, while Aglaea can summon her memosprite Garmentmaker in battle. Limited 5-star characters Lingsha, Feixiao, Jade, Boothill, Robin, and Silver Wolf will make reruns in Version 3.0.

Honkai: Star Rail is now available on PC, iOS, Android, Epic Games Store, and PS5, and has received numerous awards. The game is developed by HoYoverse, a company dedicated to creating immersive virtual world experiences and engaging a global community of ACG fans.
