Holder of Place: Demo of Dark Sci-Fi Auto-Battler Now on Steam

Alibi Games and developer Ardent Fields have announced the release of the dark science-fantasy roguelike auto-battler game, Holder of Place, on Steam. The game was initially launched on itch.io in prototype form in 2022 and has since been significantly updated, garnering over a hundred 5-star reviews in just a few months.

The reveal trailer can be viewed on YouTube, showcasing the game's eerie setting and action-packed gameplay. In Holder of Place, players must navigate a long-dead kingdom where a young dragon has unleashed a primordial gloom that swallows anything it touches. The game features tens of hours of pure auto-battler gameplay, with over 70 unique followers and trinkets to recruit and explore.

The Steam demo allows players to challenge themselves in the ever-changing Reliquary Mode and experience more features and updates to come. Holder of Place is available to play now on Steam, and players can join the game's Discord community to stay up-to-date on the latest news and updates.
