Indie Game Nintendo Switch Action Game

Kibe Software House has announced the release of its debut game, Arcadia: Colony, an anime-inspired Metroidvania, now available on Nintendo Switch. The Colony, once a peaceful settlement, is now under threat from the Champion of the Sky and its mechanical birds, who are after the colony's powerful secrets.

Players take control of three heroes, each with unique abilities, to save their sanctuary and protect the world's balance. Airi, the nimble-footed rabbit, can leap to great heights to explore hidden areas, while Enji, the perceptive porcupine, uses her intellect to deploy gadgets that help her overcome obstacles. Tazpo, the brawny mole, uses his strength to launch himself through tough earth that would halt Airi and Enji.

Players must utilize each character's unique abilities at the right moments to traverse the Colony and destroy the deadly bird bots. The game's tightly tuned controls reward players who master their moves to turn the tide against the metal miscreants.

Claudio David, game director and founder of Kibe Software House, said that Arcadia: Colony is perfectly suited to the portability of the Nintendo Switch and its grab-and-go nature. The game was developed following a successful Kickstarter campaign that raised over $14,000 from its supporters.
