Heading Out is a roguelite adventure inspired by cult-classic road movies, combining high-speed racing, strategy, and storytelling. Players can choose their route across the USA, with their choices shaping the narrative and gameplay. The game features stylish graphic novel visuals and an eclectic Americana soundtrack. Serious Sim focuses on humanism, inclusivity, and important topics in their games, and Heading Out is no exception. The game's key features include a unique story, strategic planning, and a range of characters and encounters. Heading Out is available now on Steam, and the Soundtrack EP is available to stream on various platforms.
