Halver is a physics-based puzzle platformer game that features a unique mechanic where the main character can split game blocks in half with his shots. This allows for a diverse range of game levels and challenges. Recently, the developers have introduced Steam Achievements to the game, categorized into four difficulty levels: Easy, Medium, Hard, and Insane. These achievements highlight hidden aspects of the game and can be considered as a new game mode for players.

The latest update, version 0.9.1, includes the addition of hints to all levels, enhanced aiming algorithm, fixed issues with changing resolution on some devices, and resolved disappearing music on level 48. The developers have also started work on a Speedrun game mode and fixed several issues with level game objects. They have updated the Unity version to 2022.3.30f1 and Steamworks SDK to 1.57.

The developers are also working on a Level Editor, but have decided to provide achievements for players earlier. The game's press kit and Twitter account can be found at . The achievements are designed to make the game more interesting and challenging, and players are encouraged to explore and discover new ways to complete levels. The game's unique mechanics and new achievements offer a fresh take on the puzzle platformer genre.
