Granblue Fantasy: Relink Update Adds Two New Playable Characters and Challenging Quests

Cygames announces a major free update, Version 1.2.0, for its action RPG Granblue Fantasy: Relink, available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Steam on April 26. The update introduces two new playable characters, Seofon and Tweyen, who are members of the Eternals. Players can unlock them for free by completing specific requirements or purchasing a Character Expansion Set (paid DLC).

Two new quests, "Gulp... So These Are the Rumored Monsters" and "Lock Horns," are also part of the update, offering treasure used to unlock Seofon and Tweyen. Paid additional content includes a new emote expansion set and item packs for upgrading characters, weapons, and sigils.

The update brings new sigils, bulk sigil transmutation, and gameplay adjustments to characters and skills. Granblue Showcase: Relink Part 3 is now available on YouTube, detailing content introduced in Version 1.2.0 and revealing features coming in Version 1.3.0.

For a limited time, players who own the Steam version of Granblue Fantasy: Relink can enjoy 15% off when purchasing Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising, and vice versa. Granblue Fantasy: Relink offers real-time combat, a diverse roster of characters, and cooperative online multiplayer action. The game's story takes place in the Sky Realm, where players sail with a colorful cast of crewmates in search of Estalucia.
