GiG Bolsters Market Leadership with Titan Acquisition

Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) has completed the acquisition of Titan Inc. Limited, a leading provider of SEO and content services, for a total of MEUR 3.2. The deal is expected to strengthen GiG's market leadership within its media and affiliate business, Gentoo Media (formerly GiG Media), and improve operational efficiencies.

Titan reported revenues of MEUR 3.30 and EBITDA of MEUR 0.72 in 2023. The acquisition will result in cost savings and reduced SEO and content costs for Gentoo Media's publishing division. Titan's expertise is also expected to enhance the quality and timeliness of the business, potentially increasing revenue.

Jonas Warrer, CEO of Gentoo Media and acting group CEO of GiG, expressed his excitement about the acquisition, stating that it aligns with GiG's strategic goals to enhance operational efficiencies and market position. He also mentioned that integrating Titan's SEO and content expertise would improve service capabilities and benefit stakeholders.

The acquisition was structured with MEUR 1.1 paid at closing and two yearly installments of MEUR 1.05 each, to be paid after twelve and twenty-four months.
