Pc Games Indie Game Early Access Free To Play Action GameHardball Games, a new independent game development studio based in Brighton, UK, has announced that their upcoming game, OutRage: Fight Fest, will be available on Steam from July 16. The game is a 16-player beat-em-up party game, where players can punch, kick, and use various weapons and destructible levels to cause damage to their opponents and earn "Rage" points. As their Rage increases, players will bulk up and hit harder, making for chaotic and exciting smash sessions.
OutRage: Fight Fest is set in a reality parallel to ours, where a rare serum grants players temporary invulnerability and superhuman strength. Players can compete in Battle Royale, Free for All, and Team-Based battles, with two arenas available at launch: Dockyard and Construction Site. The game is designed for easy pick-up-and-play sessions, with a strong focus on party play and custom games.
The early access version of the game includes a 16-player "Knockout" mode, a 4x4-player and team-mode called "Domination," training mode, and practice challenges. Players can also participate in Steam's Next Fest on June 10 to learn more about the game and try out the new demo.
Hardball Games is composed of experienced game developers who have previously worked on popular mobile and console games such as CSR Racing, LEGO Star Wars Battles, Pure, and Split Second. The studio aims to create fun and frenetic games that offer depth and strategy to players. OutRage: Fight Fest promises to be an exciting and chaotic party game that will appeal to players who enjoy fast-paced action and multiplayer mayhem.
