The gamescom latam BIG Festival, the most important games event in Latin America, has announced the finalists for its awards ceremony, which will take place from June 26 to 30 at the São Paulo Expo. The jury selected 114 games from 922 entries from 74 countries, with over half coming from international developers. Attendees will have the opportunity to test all the finalist games. The awards are segmented into 17 categories, with ceremonies on Friday and Sunday. The Best Game by Popular Vote will also be decided by attendees.

The gamescom latam will feature prominent publishers, including Akupara, Atari, Fellow Traveller, Focus, Joystick, Raw Fury, Team17, and Ubisoft. The event will also offer talks, panels, and special appearances by industry leaders, as well as exclusive areas such as the gamescom latam artists’ alley and meet & greet sessions with influencers. The gamescom latam countdown, an opening show hosted by Tiago Leifert, will kick off the event on June 26.

The second batch of tickets for gamescom latam 2024 is available on the event's official website. Prices vary between R$ 100 (half-price) and R$ 200 (full price) for single-day tickets, with the possibility of purchasing a social ticket for R$ 120. Combo tickets for four days of Gamescom Latam are also available, with prices starting at R$ 395 (half-price) and going up to R$ 790 (full price). Business tickets with various options for professionals are also available, granting access to every day of the festival.
