Game Devs of Color Expo 2025: Submissions Open, Tickets Available

Pc Games Indie Game Role Playing Game Action Game Virtual Reality GamingThe Game Devs of Color Expo (GDoCExpo), a nonprofit organization focused on amplifying people of color in the game industry, has opened submissions for its tenth flagship event. The online conference will take place from September 16-19, 2025, and feature talks, panel discussions, and game showcases. Submissions are open for speakers, panels, and game developer interviews, with all selected speakers compensated and no submission or exhibition fees.
GDoCExpo also offers grants of up to $25,000 per recipient to help fund projects, having awarded a total of $405,000 since 2019. Four tiers of tickets are available for purchase, with need-based tickets available by application. The expo encourages community members to host official watch parties and networking events, with guidelines provided on the GDoCExpo website.
