Indie Game Pc Games Pc GamesDating simulator game From Madness with Love, developed by jamsanpoid, is getting new downloadable content (DLC) called Hunky-Dory Lovey-Dovey. The DLC is now available as of May 30, 2025. The game follows a second-year high school student who transfers to a private academy for wealthy students after their old school is destroyed. The protagonist's goal is to navigate a new and exciting high school life and pursue a love interest among four available guys.
The four love interests are Saeki Yuusuke, a bright and mischievous blonde classmate; Arakawa Shuuji, the sexy school nurse who rarely opens his eyes; Tamura Marshmallow, a mysterious and cute boy who looks younger than the protagonist; and Aorta, the pale-skinned student council president and senior. The story changes based on the player's choices, and each character has their own unique route and ending.
The Hunky-Dory Lovey-Dovey DLC adds new scenarios to the game. In one scenario, all four main guys swap bodies and must spend a whole school day in someone else's body. In another scenario, the player or their chosen love interest is a vampire, leading to dangerous and heart-pounding situations. The DLC also includes a new ending for shy protagonists who cannot work up the courage to confess their feelings.
From Madness with Love is published by PLAYISM and is available on Steam. The game is a dating sim and visual novel with strong language, sensitive topics, violence, horror, unreasonable scenarios, intelligible nonsense, and very loud noises. The base game is priced at $16.99, and the DLC is priced at $3.99. Players can purchase a bundle of the base game and DLC together for a 10% discount. The game supports English, Japanese, Traditional and Simplified Chinese languages.
