Frameland: A Binary Tale, a short-form RPG with a timed & turn-based battle system and hand-crafted pixel art, will be featured in the Steam Turn-Based RPG Fest. The game's developers, Team Frameland, have released a playable demo to celebrate the event, giving players a taste of the post-apocalyptic world of Condorra and its unique combat system. The full game is set to launch on October 30, 2024, for Windows and Mac, with support for both English and German languages.

Frameland is a game about humans, robots, and the complex relationship between them. Set in a world past the brink of destruction, players will uncover carefully concealed truths as they fight malevolent swarms in turn-based battles. The game's combat system features a twist, as players must time their attacks for maximum impact. With a playtime of under ten hours, Frameland promises to deliver a tightly packed RPG experience with a big heart.

The game boasts lovingly hand-crafted pixel art, inspired by the classics and blended with a unique, modern touch. The original old-school soundtrack features over 40 unique tracks of 16-bit-style music, reminiscent of the golden era of JRPGs. Frameland also features no random encounters, as all enemies are visible on the map, allowing players to avoid them if they wish. Additionally, players can collect and interact with pet dogs, both organic and otherwise.

Frameland: A Binary Tale is set to release on October 30, 2024, and will be available on Steam for PC and Mac. More information about the game can be found on its official website and Steam page.
