historia Inc. has announced that the Nintendo Switch version of their popular survival action racing game, Faaast Penguin, will be available for download starting October 3rd (October 7th in Europe). The game, which is free-to-play, supports cross-platform play and allows for solo play, party play with up to four players, and custom matches with up to 40 players. Faaast Penguin is currently available on Steam, Epic Games Store, and PlayStation 5, and the Xbox Series X|S version is coming soon.

historia Inc. has also revealed the update roadmap for Faaast Penguin for the rest of the year, which includes the addition of new stages and the hosting of numerous events. The company has also addressed matchmaking issues by releasing a patch to reduce lag and improve visibility of matchmaking status.

Faaast Penguin is exhibiting at TOKYO GAME SHOW 2024, and the company is distributing cute penguin fans and offering special novelties featuring penguin costumes for those who try out the game. The game utilizes Epic Online Services and requires an Epic Games account to play, which allows for cross-platform play and shared save data across different platforms.

To celebrate reaching their Pre-Registration Campaign goal, the company is giving away an Ultimate Ride skin and 20 Sushi Grass Garnish consumable items. Faaast Penguin Season 1 is also live, featuring a survival race across four worlds with a total of 16 activities and the introduction of exclusive items to the shop and special limited-time events.

Faaast Penguin is an exhilarating and chaotic survival action racing game where up to 40 players compete across four elimination-style courses. Players can attack their rivals, use Ultimate Rides, and take shortcuts to reach the finish line faster than anyone else.
