In the game, players take on the role of photographer Laly and her fairy companion Coronya, exploring and taking photos of hidden items and friendly critters in various lively lands. The game features hundreds of levels set in flourishing forests, peaceful town centers, sandy beaches, and itty bitty city streets.
In addition to the main game, Hidden in my Paradise also includes a Sandbox Mode where players can create, share, and play custom Paradises from around the world. Players can earn in-game currency to spend at the Gacha machine and collect more than 900 items to decorate their custom Paradises.
According to Steve Durán, Director and Designer at Ogre Pixel, the studio found making the puzzles in the game to be just as engaging as solving them, and they developed the Sandbox Mode to share that satisfaction with the community.
Hidden in my Paradise is available for $9.99 USD with no microtransactions and supports English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese (Simplified and Traditional) languages. Ogre Pixel is an indie game studio based in Aguascalientes, México, and has previously developed games such as Lonesome Village, A Tiny Sticker Tale, and Jumper Jon.
