Ratalaika Games and Shinyuden have announced the release of the classic game 'Bike Daisuki! Hashiriya Kon,' known as 'Rider's Spirits' in the West, on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Series S|X, and Nintendo Switch on June 7th, 2024.

The game, which may appear similar to Mario Kart, offers a simulator-style play with features such as checking on competitors' actions, pitting to refuel and change items. It has 20 different tracks, including asphalt and dirt, with unique designs and obstacles to avoid.

Each character in the game has its skillset, and players must master various techniques to ensure they stay at the top of their game. Each bike and rider has unique attributes and qualities, with some bikes faster in a straight line and others having incredible grip. Players can compete in head-to-head races against the computer or locally with a friend in various racing tracks and game modes.

The game includes five different modes: Rider's GP, Time Trial, Endurance, Battle Race, and Chicken Run. Rider's GP allows players to race in several tracks and earn points based on their finishing place, while Time Trial challenges players to obtain the fastest time. Endurance requires players to make a team of two racers and try to stay first during 1, 3, or 5 minutes. Battle Race and Chicken Run are multiplayer modes, with the former challenging players to be the first to cross the goal and the latter requiring players to run down a road and stop as close to the edge without going over.

Ratalaika Games S.L. is a video game company focused on publishing and porting great games to the console market, while LLC Shinyuden is a Japanese video game publisher focused on classic Japanese video games and indie titles, as well as a localization agency for major companies.
