Indie studio Endflame has announced that the demo for their upcoming game, Instants, is now available on Steam. Instants is a narrative puzzle game where players assemble a chronological puzzle of family photos, piecing together their most cherished memories within beautifully crafted albums. The full game is set to be released in 2025, with a PC launch already confirmed. The demo, which includes a tutorial and three levels from the full game, can be played in English, Spanish, Japanese, and Catalan.

Instants combines puzzle-solving, crafting, and heartfelt storytelling. Players build up a collection of family photo albums piece by piece and learn their stories in a nostalgic narrative puzzle game. The pictures in each album serve as clues to the timeline, and as players solve the puzzle, the family’s story gradually emerges. Players can also decorate the albums with backgrounds, stickers, typography, and more, making each album an art piece in its own right.

Endflame is an indie studio based in Spain, made up of a multidisciplinary team of developers who want to immerse players into remarkable experiences by bringing stories to life. Their debut title was Ikai, a psychological horror game set in Feudal Japan that was launched in 2021 for PC and consoles.
