Experience Homura Hime Demo at BitSummit Drift: A 3D Action Game Inspired by Japanese Anime

PLAYISM has announced that the 3D action game Homura Hime, developed by Taiwanese indie game studio Crimson Dusk, will have a playable demo at BitSummit Drift, an indie game event taking place in Kyoto from July 19 to July 21, 2024. The demo will be available at the Institute for Information Industry (III) booth and will showcase the beginning of the game, including tutorials and boss battles.

Homura Hime is a 3D action game inspired by Japanese anime, featuring rich and varied art direction and expressiveness. Players engage in tense, exhilarating combat against archdemons possessed by deviant emotions, while keeping up fast and flashy combos by parrying and dodging enemy attacks. The game is developed by Crimson Dusk, a Taiwanese indie team formed in May 2020, and published by PLAYISM on Steam.

The game takes place in a world where humans and demons coexist, and souls harboring strong emotions and deep regrets at their time of death are transformed into archdemons. Homura Hime, the "Flame Princess" and the strongest exorcist, is entrusted with the divine mission of purifying the world and defeating all demons. The game's genre is 3D Action, and it supports Japanese, English, Traditional and Simplified Chinese languages. The release date and MSRP are yet to be announced.
