Simplemole, an independent game studio, has announced the full Steam release of its colony simulation game, ExoColony: Planet Survival, set for June 2, 2025. The game has been in Early Access for over 8 months, during which the development team refined and enhanced its features based on community feedback.

ExoColony: Planet Survival is a colony simulation game that starts with a small group of pioneers deep underground on an alien planet. Players are tasked with guiding them to build infrastructure, mine resources, and develop technology to transform the small colony into a thriving civilization capable of terraforming the entire planet.

The game features dynamic life cycles, including birth, education, family, work, retirement, and death. Players must ensure their colonists' education and adapt to their evolving needs for a thriving colony. Sustainable resource management, advanced food production, atmospheric management, innovative industry, energy strategy, and expansive research tree are some of the game's highlights.

ExoColony: Planet Survival offers a unique gaming experience with luxuries of life, unexpected events, and terraforming capabilities. Players can customize and reshape the planet's surface, making it their colonists' home.

The game is set to release on PC, and Simplemole, the game's developers, have already published one game, Territory. The team consists of four members from Prague, Czech Republic, led by Jakub, who has 15+ years of experience in team leading and coding.

ExoColony: Planet Survival promises to offer a challenging and engaging gaming experience, where the survival and prosperity of the colony depend on the player's strategic choices and innovative solutions.
