Exit Condition One: Immersive Sci-Fi Escape Room Launches Dec 6 on Meta Quest

Indie Game Virtual Reality Gaming Pc Games Role Playing GameIndie developer Damon Poole and VRPR have unveiled the final cover art and new screenshots for their upcoming VR escape room game, Exit Condition One. The game is set to release on Meta Quest 3S, Meta Quest 3, Meta Quest Pro, and Meta Quest 2 on December 6th for $14.95.
Exit Condition One is a sci-fi themed escape room game where players must overcome various puzzles and challenges to restore a portal and escape a cryogenic storage facility. The game features five distinct levels, full physics integration, and roomscale VR support on the Meta Quest platform.
In the first two weeks of November, over 100 quality of life improvements have been made to the game. Post-launch plans include the addition of achievements, leaderboards, Steam PCVR support, and full audio support for multiple languages. Additional mini-games and functionality will also be added.
A free demo of Exit Condition One is available and has received positive reviews. The game is set to be officially released on December 6th, 2024.
Damon Poole, the developer of Exit Condition One, began the project during the Covid-19 pandemic. Initially planning to create a one-room escape room, Poole expanded the game to include multiple levels and enlisted the help of artist Hichem.
