Indie Game Action Game Nintendo Switch Pc Games Free To Play

The game Europa, an action-adventure title inspired by the world of Ghibli, was featured in the Nintendo IndieWorld Showcase on April 17, 2024, and is set to be released on Nintendo Switch, PC, and other consoles. A demo for Nintendo Switch is now available.

In Europa, players explore a terraformed moon of Jupiter called Europa as an android named Zee, who is searching for answers and the last human alive. The game features a peaceful world with lakes, meadows, and mountains, and players can upgrade their Zephyr jetpack to explore the environment and discover secrets. Europa is a project of Helder Pinto, who has been working on it since 2017 while also working as an art director on games like Overwatch and Diablo 3. Novadust Entertainment, a team of experienced developers, is now working with Pinto to launch Europa in 2024 with the help of indie publisher Future Friends Games.

Future Friends Games, founded in 2017, aims to help indie games get the attention they deserve. They have expanded from PR to publishing, with their debut titles Omno, Exo One, and Festival Tycoon launching in 2021. They are currently working on Laysara: Summit Kingdom, Europa, Gourdlets, Kibu, SUMMERHOUSE, and Exo Rally Championship, as well as some unannounced projects.
